러시아 Dubna에 소재한 JINR (Joint Institute for Nuclear Research)의 BLTP (Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics)와 함께 APCTP (Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics)의 지원을 받아 매년 양국을 번갈아 가며 학술 대회를 개최함.
