We are sharing with you the attached second circular and poster of the NN2024 conference that are being distributed via various mailing lists. The call for abstract submission and registration is now open. Will you please help to bring this to the attention of the community members and encourage them to participate. We will be reaching out to you in January to ask for your opinion on the oral and poster presentation selection from the submitted abstracts. The Program Committee will prepare the final selected list based on your ranking. Thank you for your time to help make a successful conference.
