Dear colleagues, We have already received many abstract submissions for the 28th International Nuclear Physics Conference (INPC 2022). Nonetheless, we are extending the submission deadline to Friday 8 April, 2022 to afford everyone the opportunity to submit an abstract via the conference website https://inpc2022.org . The INPC 2022 will be held in Cape Town, South Africa 11 to 16 September 2022. This is the biggest conference in the world for fundamental nuclear and hadron physics and is held every three years. The INPC 2022 follows the conferences in Glasgow 2019, Adelaide 2016, Florence 2013 and Vancouver 2010. The INPC series is overseen by the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP). INPC 2022 will coincide with the International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development (IYBSSD) and the centenaries of the Nobel Prize awarded to Niels Bohr and the establishment of the IUPAP in Brussels. The conference program spans a wide range of topics and is inspired by the very latest results, developments and innovative ideas across the breadth of Nuclear Physics, from hadrons to nuclei, from fundamental science to applications. Important dates: - Extended abstract submission deadline: 8 April 2022 - Early registration deadline: 31 July 2022 - Registration deadline: 9 September 2022 The INPC 2022 is being planned as an in-person conference.
