2025 is the year of the 40 anniversary on the discovery of the halo nuclei. Following the successful 30-year anniversary event in 2015, the International Symposium Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Halo Nuclei (Halo-40), will be held in Beijing on October 12–18, 2025.
The main topics include: Halo nuclei, Nuclear structures approaching the dripline, Reaction dynamics for exotic nuclei, Advanced nuclear models for exotic nuclei, Interdisciplinary frontiers related to exotic nuclei, Facility and instruments for exotic nuclei.
