Dear Colleagues,
This is the second circular for the 16th European Research Conference on “Electromagnetic Interactions with Nucleons and Nuclei (EINN),” which will be held in Paphos, Cyprus, from October 28 to November 1, 2025. More details can be found on the conference website.
We are pleased to announce that registration for EINN 2025 is now open and can be accessed here.
You do not need to complete all the information at once; you may log in at any time to update details such as accommodation, transportation, and more. Simply click "Next" to skip ahead.
Information about accommodation is available through the conference is here. The main venue is the Coral Beach Hotel (5-star), but two alternative hotel options are also available through registration. Public transportation to the venue is available for these, as outlined here. Note that Google Maps does not show this information. While we have secured special rates at these hotels, participants are not required to use them and can make their own arrangements.
The abstract submission is handled through the Indico page here. In addition to the two Workshops, we also offer the opportunity for participants to submit an abstract on other topics related to EINN for an oral presentation, as well as posters.
The Frontiers and Careers (F&C) Workshop, held just prior to EINN, is designed for students and early-career postdocs. The agenda is available here. Limited financial support will be available, and shared double-room accommodations can be coordinated through a shared Google spreadsheet.
We look forward to welcoming you to EINN 2025!
Warm regards,
The Organizers:
Martha Constantinou (Chair)
Achim Denig (Vice-Chair)
Barbara Pasquini (Workshop 1 Organizer)
Abhay Deshpande (Workshop 2 Organizer)
Constantia Alexandrou (Local Organizer)
