Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the workshop “From Quarks to Neutron Stars: Insights from kHz gravitational waves,” which will be held on April 23-24, 2025, at Hongo Campus, University of Tokyo. The workshop will cover the potential of the kilohertz-band gravitational wave observations. The program will feature invited talks by leading experts and we will call for contributed poster presentations from related fields. The following is a list of representative topics:
- Nuclear physics
- Neutron Stars
- Neutron Star Mergers
- Supernovae
- Gravitational waves (both theory and experiment)
- Electromagnetic observations
- Neutrino astrophysics
